Terrible, no support never buy again

Bought this as a gift for my Finance’. Purchasing was easy. Received it and it was a nighmare to put together. No idea it had to be put together. The pieces were damaged. Nothing lines up correctly. Called Customer service 4 times. Replacement parts were never sent. Wanted to return but there are no returns, credits or discounts. Nothing.

Now I am stuck with this piece of ^&%^&*().
